Seagrove Beach
Quiet streets under the pines, between Seaside and Deer Lake State Park.

Seagrove is one of the older neighborhoods on 30A, and it still looks it: side streets without sidewalks, old cottages beside new houses, and live oaks and pines over most of it. Seaside is next door to the west. To the east, Deer Lake State Park keeps a long stretch of dunes wild.
It’s the quietest base on this part of 30A for people who want to walk to the beach and bike to dinner.
The beach
Santa Clara Regional Beach Access, with public parking, and Eastern Lake Beach Access to the east. Some of our homes have a deeded neighborhood access instead; each home’s page says which.
Nearby
Eastern Lake, a coastal dune lake, for paddling
Deer Lake State Park and its long walkover across the dunes
The paved trail along 30A, for bikes and strollers
Seaside, about ten minutes by bike
Getting here
Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP): about 35 minutes. Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS): about an hour. Allow more on summer Saturdays.
