Overview
Loblolly is named for the pines that shade it, a stand of tall loblollies that keeps the pool deck cool well into the afternoon. It’s a two-story house with a wide front porch on a quiet street north of 30A, built in 2008 and updated room by room since.
It was the first house Quarterboard took care of, in 2016, and its owners still come down every June, so the kitchen is set up for real cooking: two ovens, a big island, and a full set of pots and pans.

A private pool with a shaded deck, a screened porch, an outdoor shower and a gas grill. A six-seat street-legal golf cart comes with the house.
The beach
Eight minutes on foot to the Santa Clara Regional Beach Access, crossing 30A at the crosswalk. Four minutes by golf cart.
Nearby
Seaside is about ten minutes by bike or five by cart.
