What we collect
What you type into our forms: your name, email, phone number, travel dates, and details about a house you own if you tell us about one. Our website host also keeps standard technical logs, like IP addresses and pages visited, to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
To answer you, arrange a stay or a walk-through, and keep the records Florida law requires of a rental business. We don’t use it for anything else.
Bookings and payments
Bookings are made on our booking site, run by our reservation system provider. Card details go straight to their payment processor, and we never see full card numbers.
Who we share it with
Only the companies that help us run the business, like our email and reservation providers, and only what they need. We don’t sell your information or share it for advertising. We share it with authorities only when the law requires it.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies it needs to work. If we add analytics, we’ll update this page first.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to answer you, and longer where Florida law requires us to keep business and tax records. Our website host keeps its own logs under its own policy.
Your choices
Ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete what we don’t have to keep, by writing to stay@quarterboardhomes.com.
Children
This site isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
