Overview
High Cotton sits on the rise north of 30A in Blue Mountain Beach, high enough that the roof deck looks over the trees to the Gulf. Built in 2015 for families traveling together, it has five bedrooms, a pool with a shallow sun shelf for toddlers, and a fenced yard where a dog can run.
Downstairs is one big room for cooking and eating, opening onto the pool. The primary suite and two bedrooms are on the second floor, and the bunk room is on the third, just below the roof deck.
